As the permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of non-linear,multi-variable and strong coupling,the traditional PID controller can not meet the higher performance requirements of the AC speed regulation system.In this paper,the fuzzy PID control technology based on the traditional PID control is put forward and combines the advantages of the traditional PID control and fuzzy control,and in order to optimize the fuzzy PID control on-line change of the control parameters to puts forward the optimal control strategy,In other words,control parameters are optimized through the evaluation function.The speed control system can not only modify the PID control parameters online,but also optimize the control parameters online,with better flexibility and control performance.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The structure,principle and coordinate transformation of permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.The basic principle and implementation method of space voltage vector pulse width modulation are analyzed.The vector control strategy with i_d=0 is adopted,and the speed loop is based on the traditional PID control,combining with the fuzzy control technology and the idea of optimal control.The optimal adaptive fuzzy PID control and fuzzy PID control and the traditional PI control simulation model are established.(2)In order to solve the problem of friction that can not be neglected in the actual AC speed control system,this speed control system proposes a friction compensation scheme,which increases the dynamic performance of the system by directly superimposing the torque caused by friction on the electromagnetic torque.For the problem that there is jamming signal interference in the detection signal,the first-order filter is designed for the speed control system to improve the control accuracy of the system.(3)The relevant control circuit and power driver circuit with TMS320F2812 as the core are realized,and the generation module of space voltage vector pulse width modulation and the algorithm of optimal adaptive fuzzy PID control are implemented with software,and an experimental platform is built.The simulation results show that the optimal adaptive fuzzy PID vector control system has better static and dynamic characteristics than fuzzy PID control system and traditional PI vector control system.The experimental results show that the optimal adaptive fuzzy PID permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system is feasible.It also proves the effectiveness of space voltage vector pulse width modulation,and also shows that the AC speed regulation system has good static and dynamic characteristics.
