Because of advances in solid state power devices and microprocessors, variable speed AC motors based on the advanced control principles are becoming more and more popular, as a result much higher efficiency and performance are achieved by these motors. In the paper, various control strategies of sensorless vector control of induction motors are analyzed. A platform including current loop and velocity loop is designed by using control chip TMS320F243 of TI company and power module PM25RSB120 of Mitsubshi company. It is a basic AC speed regulation system in search radar. A direct method using Powerlib in MATLAB is to simulate the method of sensorless vector control. Theory and how to undertake the EMC design are introduced. |
