As a kind of renewable sources of energy, wind energy is utilized increasingly to a great extend. Since 70's,wind energy is utilized mainly in wind turbine, so every country in world pay more and more attention to research of wind turbine. The thesis is derived from the project of the National 985 Engineering Construction "Research of pitched-control system of wind turbine set". In this thesis, the author research mainly the part of hydraulic control system of pitched-control system .The thesis includes six chapters:In chapter l,the background of this project was presented and the author first overviewed the tendency , development situation and the current research of wind turbine set in domain and oversea, then put forward the necessary of the technology development of wind turbine set. Meanwhile, the author represented the meaning of the project and put forward the main objective of this research project.In chapter 2,the author introduced some basic theory and operating principle of wind turbine, and put forward the foundation theory of pitched-control. In this chapter, operation regular and operation state of wind turbine were analyzed. Based on the analyse, the model design the scheme of control system and machanism design were put forward. The author represented the operation principle of the pitched-control hydraulic system in the end of this chapter.In chapter 3,the author introduced the calculation method of the hydraulic system of the pitched-control wind turbine, including pitching blade's driving force and the load of hydraulic system. In this chapter, the design of hydraulic system actuating mechanism and braking mechanism were put forward. In the end the author suggested parallel redundancy design and programme of the proportion direction valveIn chapter 4,the author first introduced how to use the tool box of Matlab/Simulink to establish model of hydraulic system, then established the model of the hydraulic system designed combining algorithms library in DSH.In chapter 5,the author introduced the test platform for this project firstly. Based on some experimental results, the identification model of the proportion direction valve was obtained. In the end, the author studied the system designed fromIn chapter 6,all of achievements of the thesis are summarized and the further research work, which will be done, is put forward.
