In researching of wind power technique,since there are many factors with the scene test, simulating in the laboratory for wind power generation system becomes very important.Wind turbine simulation can solve the problem that researching the wind power generate technology in the laboratory without wind-field.Therefore constructe the experimental platform of wind turbine simulation, which is the key of researching the wind-power system, means great importance to us in driving our wind-power continuously expanding.After analyzing advantages and disadvantages of many wind turbine models, the model of combined wind was established and emulated.This paper analyzes the method based on blade element theory and velocity revise method of eddy theory, wind turbine model was established by which we could realize the corresponding rotation speed,power and torque. This experiment brings a method to simulate the practical output charaeteristics of wind turbine by using PLC controling servo motor.Using this platform,we can make wind power technology research. By using the programme function of monitor inside software, Through setting the wind velocity, rotate speed and the blade angle, curve which shows the properties of wind turbine is obtained, it is a direct function for analyzing the characteristic of wind turbine.
