| This thesis mainly deals with the theoretical analysis, design and experimentalresearch of two type of cylinder-split piston cylinder and telescopic cylinder,which will be specially applied in the system of Hydraulic Elevator.In chapter 1, the development history and present situation of the hydraulic elevators and cylinders in domestic and overseas are briefly reviewed. Then the main studying content of thesis is proposed by the comprehension of the word material and the work of the predecessors in same project.In chapter 2, the principle of split piston cylinder applied in hydraulic elevators is analyzed and designed. All the main parts of the split piston cylinder are checked and calculated carefully and detailed according with EN81-2.The structure features, working principles and application test of the split piston cylinder is described in details.In chapter 3, the principle of the 3-stage telescope cylinder applied in hydraulic elevators is analyzed and designed. And the main parts of the split piston cylinder are checked and calculated carefully and detailed according with EN81-2.In dynamic simulation research, the synchronization characteristic of the telescope cylinder using in the hydraulic elevator are made. The structure features, working principles and application test of the telescope cylinder are described in details.In chapter 4, the conclusions and prospect of the whole research work are mentioned. |
