According to the demand for technological innovation in the scene measuring of the structure project, in the thesis we develop a ZM-PD-I Model Deformation Measuring Apparatus--automatic measuring and examining ,analytical system which can carry on remotemeasurement with displacement and deformation amount.The author has analysed the special requests for project scene deformation and displacement measurement on environmental condition and measuring mode. Choosing digital scattered spot correlated with method of measuring, through the investigation, research and demonstration on the main direction of photomechanics, we have developed the hardware system of the ZM-PD-I Model Apparatus; the author has independently worked out the computer software for deformation amount measuring as well as analysing and probed into the influence law of measuring distance, observing angle as well as environmental vibration to measuring precision. Laboratory standard examining test has indicated that the measurement precision of the apparatus can fully meet the requests of project measuring.This set of system has been adopted to measure three key projects inside Zhejiang Province: Bridge Bearing Flexibility, Prestressing Force Girder's Anti-arch Degree and Steel-concrete Large -scale Ring-girder Structure's Temperature Deformation and it has played an important role in project quality appraisal as well as construction technological guidance. Therefore it is indicated that the research results have certain economic and technological meaning on the project.The thesis has expanded this item of technology's application to the characteristic measuring domain of package material on mechanics and calorifics. Under the guidance, theauthor first puts forward a new method to mensurate the crackle parameter-"PixelsMethod" and uses Visual C++ to work out the program which can automatically match, search and mensurate the width as well as the length of the crackle. At the end of the thesis, it mainly introduces on this system, our improvement as well as expansion in microfiled deformation amount's micromeasuring and several concepts of "Pixels Method" in the further research. The work of this text will offer the initiative work for further developing and forming the new technology with the independent intellectual property right.
