Network Of Manufacturing Process-oriented Product Design Methods

With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of the network technology, the great changes of production mode of enterprise are taking place. Therefore, traditional design methods can not meet changeful market environment well. To make full use of the new good fortune brought by the network technology for the manufacturing industry in our country, on the foundation of analysis of network alliance enterprise and modern design methods and 'from the actual demand of the manufacturing industry of our country, this paper puts forward and elaborates the design method in network environment that faces process technology , at the same time establishs product technology appraisement system. It offers theoretic guidance for enterprises' product development ability.At first, this paper introduces the concept and function of the network alliance enterprise (NAE), and gives the system structure,the classification and the key technologies of the network alliance enterprise (NAE). The basic architecture of theory on the network alliance enterprise (NAE) is elementary built. Then, this paper discusses some kinds of advanced modern design methods , analyses their characteristic and function and summarize for modern design method; Then, this paper put forward a kind of concept that faces the method of products plan of process ( DFP ) and elaborates the method of products plan that faces process (DFP ),design model- design course, design principle and the crucial technology that faces the method of products plan of process ( DFP ). Then, according to the method of products plan that faces process ( DFP ) the needs of actual applicationand and combining the reality in the product production course of our country , this paper have established the appraisement system of the product technology of many indexes. Then with the example , the application of the appraisement method of the product process performance is explained.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole work of the dissertation. The future work is also pointed out.
