With an average growth rate of 46% over the past seven years,Ningbo Port has operated400,000 in container rail-sea intermodal transport in 2017,since its first sea-rail intermodal train opened in 2009.Despite the rapid progress over the past two years,the development of container rail-sea intermodal transport of Ningbo port is still far behind the leading ports in Europe and the United States.Under this background,the writer tries to sum up experience of construction of the Ningbo-Hefei container rail-sea intermodal transport base on a virtual enterprise alliance theory.We will try analyzing the market positioning,alliance constructing,alliance operation and benefit distribution of the Ningbo-Hefei container rail-sea intermodal transport,and try to put forward suggestions and countermeasures.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of Ningbo-Hefei sea-rail intermodal transport market,the basic economic situation of Hefei regional market,the proportion of different export and import transport modes,and the difference between sea-rail intermodal transport to other export and import transport modes in time consuming and transport freight.Through these efforts,we try to provide suggestions in marketing development of Ningbo-Hefei container rail-sea intermodal transport.Secondly,this paper analyzes how the whole sea-rail intermodal transport alliance makes a rapid corresponding to the customer needs of the market.At the same time,this paper briefly analyzes the operation process and operation cost of the whole alliance,and tries to put forward optimization suggestions for the operation process and reducing the cost.Based on the previous analysis,we try to establish a profit allocation model,which will take the level of effort,contribution,risks-taking and self-construction investment of the participating enterprises in the actual operation into account.Finally,we will make a check analysis of the model using an existing operation case.
