As a key part of microinjection system, the manufacturing and measuring precision of micropipette used by cell engineering make an important role in the performance of microinjection, so much as determining whether it could be success. The manufacturing theory of micropipette is discussed in this article. The law of micropipette geometry parameter effected by technology parameter is also summarized after lots of experiment. On base of variety of measurements being analyzed and compared thoroughly, the micromeasure system-based on CCD for micropipette is designed.' The design theory and implement of each module of the micromeasure software are discussed in detail, and the software is developed by Visual c++6.0. The result of experiments indicate that the micromeasure system demarcated runs stably and reliably. At last, a new method named bubble maximum pressure is advanced to measure the inner diameter of micropipette, furthermore, the experiment data are analyzed to some extent.
