With the development of biotechnology, the technology of microinjection has been widely applied in the area of cell manipulation. The amount of injection drop is desired rigidly in the process of microinjection. The microinjection system is built. The output of micro-fluid caused by changing of micro-injector's micro-volume is proved by the test to the microinjector and microinjection experiments. And the microinjector's application value in biology engineering is evidenced.Mathematical model of microinjection amount is founded through depth theory research to the microinjector. Meanwhile, the program of measuring micro injection amount is designed. Through plenty of experiments, the relationships between inject angle, Micropipette's size, voltage and microinjection amount are researched. Useful conclusions some like microinjection amount increasing with voltage are concluded. And mathematical model of microinjection amount is completed and improved through the experiments. Practical microinjection amount can be counted rapidly and effectively by Mathematical model. It makes the control of microinjection amount by digital signals come true.The micro-fluidic digital technology is an important research of micro-system lab in Nanjing University of Science and Technology lately. There are some creative theories in the micro-fluidic digital technology. In this paper, the applied research of cell microinjection is based on the micro-fluidic digital technology above.
