To meet the requirement of measuring a kind of airborne engine, a test system to measure engine rotate speed, air flux and pressure was developed. The test system is based on virtual instrument technology,which not only reduce the cost of system,but also have more flexibility, friednly interface and better expandability.The paper mainly discusses the presure measuring module of the system,which was a 16-bit data acquisition module. The 16-bit-resolution data aquirsition module is based on PCI-bus,with zero calibaration ciruit and 7-level gain control. PCI9052,which produced by PLX , is select to interface the PCI bus and DAQ circuit,.and the ADC chip is the ADS7805,which have 16-bit resolution. By introducing the technology such as PCI bus, data acquisition,photoelectricity isolation, LabWindows/CVI and the driver of PCI device, the paper expounds the design idea and implementation of the hardware and software.
