In this study , we performed full-face photorejuvenation using a new intense pulsed light ( IPL) cosmetic device incorporated with broad wavelength range lights located with in the range of visible light and near to infrared ray with a wavelength of close to 560~1200nm ,and integrated contact cooling system for the improvement of various symptoms. For example: telangiectasia ,acnerosacea , freckles , pigmentation ,fine wrinkles and bulky pores .During the process of manufacturing the device, I surveyed the market of the cosmetology,knew the Full-face photorejuvenation, and studied the knowledge of pulsed Xe-lamp. Moreover, I designed, factured, and debugged the system circuit of boosting charge and impulsive discharge, and taked part in experiment, installation and debugging of the whole device.The system of boosting charge and impulsive discharge is an important part and one of the core technology of the device. It regulates the voltage of the capacitor,and completes the process of impulsive discharge. The system circuit is stable and credible at work. The experimental result benefits to clinic treatment.Full-face photorejuvenation for experimental model using this device is not only effective, but is also associated with fewer post-treatment complications than other more invasive modalities. We conclude that IPL photorejuvenation can be the basis for safe and effective skin rejuvenation in patients. Photorejuvenation is a kind of innovative, non-invasive and effective treatment methods for cosmetic purpose, and becoming more and more popular in the world.
