Reinforced concrete structure is a main structure form in civil engineering at present. Thrpugh the research of crack theory and nonlinear analysis of RC structure, the types and causes of cracks are analyzed in theory. Combined with the current state of structural cracks in bridge engineering, the mechanical characteristics and structure between cast-in-place skew plate bridges and fabricated skew plate bridges are compared. The deterioration, such as the cracks on the bottom plate, is studied through a practical engineering project. Using the 3D finite element program, the calculation of structural force and stress are carried out, and some theoretical conclusions of the cause and distribution pattern of bottom plate are obtained. The reasonable advices of the application of the bridge type are put forward in the motorway construction today.
