Lanzhou City, Intelligent Traffic Management System Design And Its Communication System Applied Research

For resolve the traffic surrounding deterioration more economical and efficient, decrease the overwhelming losses caused by traffic jam, the ITS (Intelligence traffic system) appears correspondingly. ITS is a kind of systems be combined with the advanced computer technology, information technology, data-communication technique, auto-control art, artificial intelligence and electronic technology, etc, It has been applied in traffic-transportation management system, helps to established a wide-extent, whole-direction ,accurate , punctual , efficient traffic-transportation management system more efficiency.The abstract article mainly described the research and design steps of ITS of LANZHOU. Firstly, it constructed the technical scheme of the ITS of LANZHOU based on the detailed and abundant analysis of the development status, model system of the ITS and the factual applied at home or overseas. Secondly, the article analyzed the network topology, frame-fabric, multi-use principle and corresponding method technically, combined with the actual requirement of LANZHOU'S Traffic condition, finally design the optical digital communication network as the supported platform of ITS.Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is a transportation system that applies advanced information technology, and control technologies to help their operations. The paper will take great advantage of reconstruction of modern traffic management.
