Based On Mechanical Transmission Experimental System

In information age, network technology develops rapidly. The extensive prevalence and application of internet brings enormous influence to human society. Resource sharing is an important characteristic of information age.Traditional experiments are unable to realize resources' entire sharing because of the restriction by time, region, instrument etc. Introducing network technology into mechanical transmission experiment to share resources can organize people distributed in various areas by network. It can fully utilize and share experiment resource, which break through the restriction of time and space in traditional experiment mode.This paper has such researches on mechanical transmission experiment system based on network as following.Firstly, the system's design is done base on the research of relative theory and technology. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of network technology and mechanical experiments' characteristic, the system's structure and function model is constructed and network communication model is designed. Aiming at internet's opening, a safe, reliable virtual particular experiment network is designed based on VPN(virtual private network) technology.Secondly, the system's implementation scheme design is carried. (l)Based on network virtual instrument technology, program to realize using "LabVIEW". (2)System module is designed based on component thought, program to realize using VC++ developing platform adopting ActiveX technology based on COM. Based on streaming media technology, adopting Windows Media Services to build up network A/V system. Experiment is able to be observed by network. Experimenter can cooperate with others using NetMeeting. Then experiment's 3D model simulation research is finished based on OpenGL technology, and experiment's simulation research is done on the basis of RBF nerve network.Finally, the system's realization and test is held for example of JCY mechanical transmission ability comprehensive testing platform.
