Motor Temperature Rise Of The Computer On-line Monitoring,

The temperature rising is of great importance for motor's safely running and the longevity of isolation; so that motor's temperature rising test turns out to be a significant part before leaving factory. In this paper, several methods to test motor's temperature rising are introduced.According to the linear relationship between the value of stator's resistor and its temperature, the online test of stator's resistor can be used to detect the average temperature rising of stator's winding of the induction motor. Based on that, there are two methods are presented detailedly in this paper which are the equivalent DC injection and double inductances respectively.According to the above methods, two automatic computer testing system are designed based on one kind of data acquisition card. Furthermore, details of the component of hardware, design of software and experiment results are presented.In the last part of this paper, combined with the design of experiment systems, it talks abut some measures to improve the reliability of the testing system by hardware and software tools.
