In the rencent years steel reinforced concrete structure and special-shaped reinforced concrete column structure are being applied wider than before in buildings in China. Their virtue and applicability also has been proved because of lots of study achivement about them. Steel-reinforced concrete special-shaped column structure, an amalgamation of the above two structure system ,will possess their advantages naturally, and will obviously improve ductility and strength of the special-shaped column structure system. So it is important in theory study and pratical usage to study the steel-reinforced concrete special-shaped column structure. In this thesis, firstly the experiment accomplishment were tried to simulate and calculate with finite element commercial software ANSYS, and acquired a reliable and precise results for the latter study , based on the cross-section strength experiment and study accomplishments of rectangle section SRC columns and special-shaped RC columns under eccentric loading. The total evolution nonlinear analysis and strong function of ANSYS also provided us a universal facility intuitionistic study tool.Secondly finished the total evolution nonlinear analysis of several group of T shaped SRC columns under uniaxial and biaxial eccentric loading with ANSYS, and obtained failure feature , load-deform curve, limit stress and strain , limit load and also. Then obtained design formula and approximation design method of cross-section strength of T shaped SRC columns under uniaxial and biaxial eccentric loading. Compared the calculation results using the above design fomula or method with analysis results using ANSYS, the conformity degree is well. Finally, some conclusions were summarized and the problems that should be studied further were put forward in the end of the article.
