According to the physiotherapy principle, this paper develops a computerized bone injury therapeutic instrument with electromagnetic physiotherapeutic technology and intermediate frequency modulation technology. The electromagnetic intensity, frequency, direction and the low frequency, intermediate frequency of intermediate frequency modulation are also determined. Based on system requirements, the designs of the hardware and software are performed.The models of the electromagnetic hardware and the intermediate frequency modulation hardware are designed with the technologies of electromagnetic and electronic. The voltage of the output unit is calculated on the basis of electromagnetic hardware model, and then the electromagnetic coil model and the coil number are determined according to the voltage and the material. The amplification of the output signal is designed, and the designs of the amplifying circuit and transformer are also involved.89C52 SCM is applied to the hardware design. The components of the design are introduced in turn according to the data flow in the hardware. The input of the current, which results from the charging and discharging of the capacitance, to the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic field. The signal frequency from the low-frequency sinusoidal oscillator is correlative with the value of the oscillator's resistance modulated by the SCM. The signal becomes two signals with different polarities after being processed by positive and negative operational amplifiers respectively, then the envelope waveform appears after the intermediate-frequency modulation of the above-mentioned signals. The voltage of the envelope waveform can be reference voltage of DAC which can control the amperage. The signals from DAC are amplified and then flow into the electrode. The display design of the keyboard is also involved in the hardware design.The software parts include the functions of keyboard manipulation, display manipulation, selfcheck, program start and run, table lookup and display. The keyboard manipulation function can be used to change system parameters through the keyboard. The display manipulation function controls the dynamic display of LED with the timer T1 terminal. The selfcheck function can check the running status of the display manipulation function. The SCM applied the program start and run function to transmitting parameters to peripheral equipments and changing the time on display. According to the input data, the table lookup function determines the changes of display.From the aspect of anti-jamming, the generation and result of the jamming are analyzed and the anti-jamming design is discussed.
