With the development of science and technology,the improvement of living standards and the enhancement of health awareness,electrotherapy instrument has been widely used in medical treatment and home health care because of its good efficacy and wide indications.At present,many electrotherapy instruments on the market have some problems,such as single output waveform,unstable output current and low safety.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems,this paper designs a multi-functional intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument.Through the analysis of existing electrotherapy instrument and electrotherapy medical theory,combined with single-chip technology,analog-to-digital knowledge,operating system principle and electronic circuit design,the overall scheme and technical parameters of the system are proposed.In order to increase the diversity of output waveforms,based on the hardware of STM32 microcontroller,the scheme of output modulation intermediate frequency current is designed.The intermediate frequency carrier output by the microprocessor is modulated by 6 kinds of low frequency to get the treatment waveform.The treatment waveform is combined by 4 kinds of modulation methods,and then through power amplification,output to the human body through the electrode plate.Completed the overall hardware circuit design according to the scheme,including: minimum system circuit,storage circuit,display circuit,voice prompt circuit,D/A modulation circuit,power amplifier circuit,temperature control circuit,temperature acquisition circuit and power supply circuit.The treatment waveform uses a voltage-controlled constant current source for power amplification,which improves the stability of the output current.The electrode plate detection circuit and the current detection circuit monitor the connection of the electrode plate and the output current state,which improves safety.The treatment instrument controls the temperature of the heating film through temperature control circuit,which realizes thermoelectric comprehensive treatment and increases the diversity of treatment functions.On the basis of the hardware system,a software system scheme was formulated.The main controller software transplants ?C/OS-? real-time operating system.On the basis of operating system,task partition and code development are carried out to ensure the real-time and stability of the system.The filtering algorithm is used for temperature collection,which improves the smoothness and credibility of the collected data.The screen system software is developed by DGUS+DWIN OS,the display content is simple and beautiful,and the operation is easy to use.Through hardware debugging,function debugging,comprehensive testing and electromagnetic compatibility testing,all functions of multi-functional intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument can be realized.The output prescription waveform and the temperature of the electrothermal film of the therapeutic instrument meet the technical parameters and meet the design requirements of this paper.
