Based On Computer Simulation Of Automotive Stamping Process To Study

The confirmation of auto panel forming processing is the base of die designing and die manufacture, proper forming scheme especially how to design drawing model is the most important determinant of the part's quality and whether product manufacture is success or failure depend on it.In this paper, stamping peculiarity and requirements of auto panel are discussed, the auto panel forming theory and forming ability of sheet metal are studied systematically, base on these, go on studying basic scheme of auto panel forming processing , basic technique parameter of drawing processing and how to design die face and other required surface by using Autoform to do stamping simulation. According to these study, general simulating approach of auto panel drawing processing is summarized, at one time, we bring forward a plan so that we can judge the rationality of drawing model well and truly. All these effort can help us achieving the purpose that reduce cost, shorten production cycle and improve the competition ability of our corporation.
