With the development of electrohydraulic proportional control technology, it has been playing an important role in the field of hydraulic control. Meanwhile, with the improvement of proportional valve property, it is possible that proportional valve gives way to servo valve in widely application in the future. Electrohydraulic proportional control system is a hydraulic control system base on technology of proportional control. On the one hand, its theory is not perfect as well at present, on the other hand, it is a profound subject that how combines the theory with practice in any project overall. In this paper, I take a face lifting machine of copper electroanalysis抯 anode automatic product linene of the key scientific research project of Yunnan province cooperated with Zhejiang University as researching object. I imitate a design method of servo system and apply to the method of emulation mode to analyze the electrohydraulic proportional force control system. Base on anticipating mechanical design of the machine, firstly, I set about from building the system modeling. Secondly, I estimate the relative parameter on the ground of demand of the line and stylebook of proportional valve. Thirdly, I analyze the dynamical property of a several links step by step in order to make the machine match the demand. However, the design result of the method is a exploring of theory which certifying and rectifying by the accomplishment of the line.
