SRD is one new-style drive system made up of SRM, modern electronical control technique. Because of its well performance, it becomes one of hotspots in electric drive of the time. Seizing opportunity to develop applied and cheap SRD is important for us to push the progress of electric drive and shorten the difference with advanced level in the world.In this thesis, the topic is to design and come true integrated SRD controller. On the basis of generally and deeply summarizing some documents, research and discuss to SRD controller spreads, introduced the Power Electronic integrate concept and method, the Power IC evolution and develop foreground ,and introduced the IC design tools Cadence. uses adaptive fuzzy intelligent control strategy to increase the torque density , avoid current peaks , enhance robusticity and adaptive ability of controller by on-line parameter identification and correcting control parameters on time and match proper current loop, so torque-ripple is minished and high performance-control of SRM is got. bring out a scheme of the SRD controller's structure and design the adaptive fuzzy intelligent control strategy digital realize, and designed the Power IC circuit structure, also have the research on the isolation and protect circuit.
