Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the advantages of simple speed control system,solid and reliable,low cost,good speed performance and so on.It not only has the characteristics of strong stability of AC motor speed control system in harsh environment,but also has the characteristics of good speed control performance of DC high-speed motor,which is an important part of the development process of electric drive system.In the aspect of application,SRM combines many advantages of AC and DC motors,and undoubtedly has a broad market prospect.In this thesis,the control system of SRM is studied and designed.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of the research are described,the research status and development trend are introduced,and the mathematical model and control strategy of SRM are analyzed.Then the control system of SRM is simulated in Simulink environment.The method of angle position control and voltage chopping control is used as a whole.PID algorithm is used in speed control,and PID parameters are adjusted by fuzzy adaptive method.The feasibility of the control scheme is verified by simulation,and the control principle is introduced in detail.The simulation of the model includes current output curve,torque output curve and speed output curve.Compared with the current chopping control strategy,it highlights the advantages of torque ripple suppression and torque and speed control.Finally,the SRM controller is built with TMS320F2812 processor as the core.The hardware control circuit and PCB are designed with Altium Designer,and the software program is designed based on CCS 6.0 development environment.The whole control system is debugged on the experimental platform,and the software design flow chart of the key modules is given.The innovation of this thesis is to use fuzzy self-adaptive PID as speed control algorithm.Simulation and experiment show that the algorithm has excellent performance in speed control and torque output.
