With the rapid development of Chinese economy and technology, the pure and grinding powder is used in more and more area. Thus, it is much important to study the grinding machinery which produces pure and grinding powder. The roller and pan mill is very effective in improving production, fine degree and reducing electric consuming, which is designed through referring to the patent technology of overseas modern mill by our teacher themselves. With the characteristic of hydraulic system, this mill has much superiority, such as, instant response, easy to adjust the parameters and less strike and vibration etc.. It is well-thought-of in the producer and consumer.Because the relationship of many parameters of this machine is complex, there are many problems to be studied. This paper use the simulation method to research its hydraulic loading system.The writer designed simulant loading method and divided the dynamic response of the hydraulic loading system of this mill into two phases when the load broke. Through using the power bond graph, the mathematic model is described as state equations. And the simulation model is established with MATLAB language.In order to study the characteristic of this system amply and exactly, the writer designed experiment device and appropriative computer testing system. After a series of practical test under various conditions, the test results is analyzed and compared to the simulation results, then the mathematic model of this system is verified. On the base of abundant simulations and experiments, a lot of researches and analysis are carried out. At last, some useful conclusions are drawn.In the conclusion and expectation, according to the problems encountered during the experiments and researches, the writer brings forward some suggestions to improve the mill.
