Water hydraulic pressure servo loading system can be used to execute static presses test,the tired test, the sum settle strength test, the resilience split test, static structure strength test , the structure pieces design experiments among others. It has a very extensive application in the aerospace field. When compared with oil, water hydraulic pressure servo loading system has more advantages which include; higher automation degree, better accuracy, easy operation, and environmental friendly among others. However more research works need to be done on the water pressure studies for its further development since the existing the oritical study and experiment systems are all not perfect, so it can't replace the oil pressure position in a short time. At present, it has already recorded huge success aimed at furthering the water pressure technology research. This thesis will study the dynamic characteristic of the single passage water pressure servo loading system, analyze the possibility of the system control methods and sum up the path to raise the dynamic state characteristic of the system, It is important in widening the applied foreground of hydraulic system.Based on optimizing the loading technology, the dissertation is brought forward. By checking the related research paper data, we understood the working characteristic of water, the research condition of water pressure loading and the foreground of this technology. Servo loading valve is the pivotal part of the system, it is designed again in this thesis, the mathematical model of the system and its control parts was established and built. The author deduced how the system parameters and control method influence the system dynamic state through theoretical analysis of the system. In addition, the dissertation introduces how to carry out protection in event of sudden break down of the system. It also confirms the control method of the system and designs them. After certain experimental research, the thesis validates the different signal respond condition to the system and the dynamic state characteristic when the system has different structure, sum up the influences to the accuracy of the system by the load, the electromagnetism interference and the sensor machine and proposes useful methods of improving the dynamic state.
