In this paper we research the temperature field that the tube of artillery when firing , manufacture thermocouple and RTD that can respond quickly . Based on the PXI standard , a set of temperature measuring system integrated with sensors and data acquisition is developed , which provide the valid method and the technique paths for temperature measuring system.In this paper, first of all, it designs the sensors that can respond quickly and studies about the dynamic characteristic of thermocouple and RTD. Secondly, it puts forward the compensating method using the hardware, and then revises to it with the numerical filter. Thirdly, it set up the auto temperature measuring system based on the PXI standard and applies it to the 23 gun shooting experiment. The measuring system is programmed with the software of Labview. Finally, it is certified the credibility of the sensor and the feasibility of the test system using the experiment.
