| The temperature measurement and research on temperature distribution of explosion field provide the basis for explosives and ammunition on the power of evaluation and analysis , is of great significance.A bomb of certain for explosion temperature field has the characteristics such as large area, high temperature, rapid changes, and with high-speed and high-pressure air flow. And the need for test of vacuum explosions and internal explosion. So application of conventional methods of temperature measurement is difficult. Against that background, research on storage test technology of transient temperature for explosive field based on thermocouple is carried out.In this paper, the performance index of the system is studied out and W-Re thermocouples are designed and executed on the basis of detailed analysis of the characteristics of explosive field for the type of bomb. The dynamic comparative system of a tungsten rhenium thermocouple calibration test is set up. And the temperature signals are pretreated by adopting wavelet de-noising method. Finally, the dynamic characteristics of sensors are compensated by adopting the software correction .This paper provides a design procedure of temperature measurement system of memory type for explosion temperature field, including host computer and lower computer. The hardware structure of the lower computer system consists mainly of W-Re thermocouple, signal-dealing module, the CPU master control module, power module, memory module, communication interface and external auxiliary circuit and so on. And the program of lower computer for test system is designed using C language, The host computer software is compiled by adopting LABVIEW.In order to verify the performance of storage measurement system , the temperature is also measured synchronously with Data acquisition system using NANMAC-PXI test system. A preliminary analysis of the uncertainty of the system is carried out. |
