A new type of multi-dimension squeezed penetration piling machine is a piling machine for forming multi-grade squeezed pile. It is entirely new squeezed equipment, and there are many problems waiting us to study and explore.In the first place, the course of study and development about the multi-dimension squeezed piling machine was introduced in this paper, and the current actuality of study both at home and abroad was also introduced. The work equipment of the new type of multi-dimension squeezed penetration piling machine was concretely introduced. The main problems existing in the piling machine study was pointed out. The main load, which was applied to the squeezed arms of the work equipment by the soil during the work, was the squeezed resistance. The regularity of the reciprocity between the squeezed arms and the soil was destitute of study owing to the complexity of soil. The design was mostly based on experience and analogy at present .The squeezed arms were the main parts for exporting power and bearing the resistance. Whether the intensity and stiffness of the squeezed arms will meet the design demand directly affect the longevity of the piling machine and the quality of the multi-grade squeezed pile.Above issues was thoroughly discussed in this dissertation from five interrelated aspects. Firstly, get going from the constitutive relationship of the soil, several subdued rule of Elastic-Plastic model, which were widely used in the engineering, were analyzed and compared. In the end , the constitutive relationship of the piling soil was constructed based on the subdued rule of the Drucker—Prager. And then, the finite element method was applied to the study about the squeezed domino effect on the new extruding machine for cast-in-place pile by using the international advanced CAE software-ANSYS for the first time. TheElastic-Plastic nonlinear finite element analysis of the squeezed domino effect on the new extruding machine for cast-in-place pile was studied in this paper by using the theory of soil plastic round hole expanding .The computed finite element model of squeezed soil was created. The P-S curves between radial displacement and radial extrusion pressure were obtained, which reflected the motorial regularity of soil during the squeezed process. Based on it, the author analyzed and compared the synthetical charts about the variation regularity of several engineering soil. Some beneficial conclusions were obtained, which could provide scientific gist and technical guidance for the analysis of intensity of the squeezed arms and the following test or theoretic study. In addition, the equation of the P-S curve about several representative engineering soil were obtained by using the MATLAB software according to the displacement-load data list which were obtained through finite element numerical value simulation. And then, the author analyzed the acting forces situation of working mechanism of the new type of multi-dimension squeezed penetration piling machine .A mechanics model was set up and the mechanical formulations were obtained. The variational regularity curve about the working resistance and the hydraulic drive which would change with the displacement of the squeezed arms in different soil were inferred as well . The terminate location during the squeezing process in the dense sand was decided as the peak load status of the squeezed arms .The load and force value were inferred for the peak load status of the squeezed arms, which would provide some theoretic gist for the optimization and improvement of the squeezed machine. Based on the above four achievements, in order to reflect precisely the loading of the squeezed arms for the new type of multi-dimension squeezed penetration piling machine in the peak load status, three-dimensional FE model of the expanding arms was presented by this paper, using the contact FE calculatemethod, more precisely stress and distributed form was obtained. The intensity was also verified in this paper. The important theoretical evidence of structure improvement and empoldering new product could be presented. Finally, the author pointed out the expectation about the study of this project that would be done next, as well as the emphases of study and what was needed to improve.
