Compared and analyzed many kinds of design ideas and design plans, Wilson methodis considered as optimization design method that is adopted generally to design thewind-driven generator at present. The calculation procedure of a rotor blade has beenworked out according to Wilson method in this subject. This subject has adopted MATLABlanguage as computer program language. We have considered several problems duringprogramming. First, the loss of the rotor blade peak and ratio of flowage and resistancehave influence on the best performance of the rotor blade .Second, we have considered theperformance of wind turbine when it doesn't run in the design state. So the precision ofdesign of the blade and designed computational efficiency greatly have been improved.Because the wind-driven generators away from the net all work with the battery, thissubject has calculated the performance parameter of the rotor blade according to the chargecharacteristic of the generator which was tested actually. This subject has analyzed the vibration frequency of the rotor blade which based onthe experiment to the blade vibration mode. The result of the analysis has offered the basisfor the whole design plan of the wind turbine.Through the performance test under the natural wind condition, the design precisionand accuracy of calculation procedure that worked out in MATLAB have been validated. Itis 4.6% that the average error of the blade performance index between the datum ofcomputer calculating and the actual tested datum. The test proves this procedure haspractical value.
