With the development of international refrigerating transportation and wide application of refrigerated container, study the operation characteristic of the container and improve refrigeration device working efficiency and economy has already become subjects which has been paid extensive attention to worldwide. To guarantee the refrigerated container run security and keep good performance, it is necessary to test its structure parameter and thermal performance. So environment testing is the most important measure methods, the purpose is to verify and improve the reliability and adaptability of the refrigeration container.Refrigerated container simulation chamber create a circumstance for simulate temperature and humidity condition outside the refrigeration container. This paper aims at making system meet intended goal in an automatic control way, so that the system can provide appropriate testing environment.This paper introduced the measure and control principle of refrigerated container simulation chamber, analyzed the composing of the closed loop control system. The control system of simulation chamber adopted PID thermostat that can exactly adjusted the parameter automatically to control the temperature in the chamber and the container, which made the system not only meet demands, but also improved the precision of control system. This paper also introduced the composition and function of run-time monitor software exploited with software of VB6.0 on the basis of distributed controlling system. Whole control system run reliable, interface friendly and the measuring datum can be shown , saved and printed dynamical. Finally we finished thermal technology testing, the result of the test indicated that this measure and control system is reliable and reached the anticipated destination.The measure and control system covered with a great deal of knowledge such as technology and principles of refrigeration, principle of the sensor and application, detection technique of the computer, automatic control principle, etc. Application of these technologies to refrigerated container simulation chamber can enhance management level, decrease labor intensity and achieve satisfactory economic and social benefits.
