At present,the cold chain transportation in china is in the stage of rapid development,the cold chain transportation damage rate is much higher than abroad.The cargodamage in transit takes up the larger part of the cold chain cargo,sea transportationrefrigerated container is an important part of cold chain transportation,how to improve the transport of refrigerated containers is very important for the development of cold chain.At present,the research of perishable goods transportation in China is mainly concentrated on the general refrigerated goods,but the frozen goods damage rate in China than in developed countries about twice as high.Frozen goods usually have higher value,the damage will bring great economic losses,Therefore,the specific type of goods studied in this article is frozen goods.For refrigerated containers,the distribution of temperature field directly affects the preservation of the quality of the goods.Theinternal temperature of refrigerated container was higher or lower,distribution inequality,the goods will be caused decay or frostbite caused damage.The factors that affect the internal temperature distribution of the refrigerated container mainly include the operation of the refrigeration system,the packing code of the goods in the box and the external environment,etc.This paper mainly studies the influence of the latter two factors.In this paper,the physical and mathematical models of refrigerated containers are first established,then the models of various types of stacking inside the container are established separately,The model mainly includes five kinds of box stacking modes and two kinds of inappropriate box stacking method and container stowage deck.The results of cold air flow and temperature distribution inside the refrigerated container are analyzed by using the CFD simulation software FLUENT,Comparison of different stacking modes on the impact of temperature distribution and the advantages and disadvantages.For the external environment,the influence of external temperature and solar radiation heat transfer is considered in this paper,the top of the deck and cabin stowage stowage on the internal temperature distribution of the comparison.In establishing the cross section,this paper selects six sections located in the air passage and near the surface of the cargo,this paper analyzes and compares the concrete influence of several stacking methods.Integrated stacking while frozen goods most commonly used box stacking method,but it is easy to produce a large cold wind whirlpool,the temperature distribution is uneven,and the local high temperature will be formed.In this paper,we analyze the division of stacking code in three directions:horizontal,vertical and vertical,these three kinds of two type stacking,cold vortex only small vertical setting when the air duct,the lateral and vertical two ways is not conducive to the uniform distribution of temperature.Optimum temperature distribution of four-type stacking code.The cold air short circuit is not conducive to the temperature distribution in the box,but the cold air break has a greater effect on it,and it is more likely to cause serious damage to the cargo.The internal temperature field with the top deck stowage container transportation requirements,but the outside temperature high will need more cold.
