Intelligent Building System Integration Of Key Technology Research And Application

The fast development of intelligent buildings matched the demands of social informatization and economic internationalization. The application of intelligent building automation system integration is the result of computer technology continuous development and modern high technology. The integration is also a combined technology of building and information development. Intelligent building is integrated traditionally by building automation system. Systems in the building is integrated by developing third party communication interface. The biggest problem by this method is interface software, which is controlled by BAS vendors, and only some third party systems can be integrated.Configuration software is mostly used in factory process controlling and monitoring in the past. Configuration software now developed fastly with the growing of network technology. Configuration software is designed with open strategy and is possible now to be used in BAS integration. By this way, the integration become esier, less time needed and lower price in project. And more, customer can realize some functions that traditional BAS can not. Such as control strategy, third party smooth integration,and WEB technology.This paper studied the requirement of intelligent building integration. The paper summarized and studied ASP technology and the distributed component technique,e.g.,COM/DCOM and OPC protocol,and then put forward the new system integration structure based on open configuration software. To solute varies system interface connection and realize WEB integration with low cost. The compressor monitor configuration software is designed based on the technique of open configuration software which validated these technology. The BAS integration application project validated the BAS system integration structure wich is based on open configuration software.
