| With the rapid development of high-tech in recent years, people request more to living and working environment day by day, intelligent building light current system integration have been applied into intelligent building engineering more and more. Acording to statistic, in the process of intelligent building of the gymnasiums, the exhibitions, the aerodromes, the hospitals, and the big building like them in our country everywhere, the engineers always aim at integrating each light current subsystem in order to realize uniform information management. Many owners, design institutes, system integration corporations, and product manufacturers pay attention to system integration.Based on the function that the building management system requires to realize, the building management system in this paper is designed from the network integration, the function integration and the software. The theories, the realizing methods and the application models of the OPC technologe, the ODBC technologe and the WINSOCK technologe are researched, which are used in the intelligent building light current system integration. And aiming at the characteristics of the higher data communication rate, the multiplicity of data structure and higher requirement of system real time in the intelligent building light current system integration, this paper research the method of optimizing the building management system software. It improves the speed of response of the system and the performing efficiency of the program adopting the "subscription-mode" to gather datas and adopting the synchronous-event-mode to realize the linkage of the subsystem combining with the multithreading-impoldering-technologe. And it optimizes the storage structure of the system database and improves the speed of that the program access the system database through the reasonable vertical and transverse division of the system database and adopting flexible storage mode to the datas of different data-structure. It improves the efficiency of program impoldering designing the program according to the theory of modularizing and using the plenty function of the widget in VB. It monitor and control elevators through the winsockwidget, and realize video monitoring through the video widget offered by manufacturer.Aiming at the requirment of the consumer, the building managament system of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies is impoldered through adopting three-layers-structure-model whick include the background program, the system database and the foreground program. The operation interface of the system is beautiful, vivid and intuitionistic. And the system have plenty management functions. It's targets of the speed of response of the system achieve the request of the consumer. During the time of preoperation, the system ran steadily and abtain good evaluation from the consumer.The mostly accomplished tasks are finally summarized in the paper, some improvable aspects are put forwards and further research to improve the system are presented. |
