This theme firstly introduces the development , the feature and the component of electrohydraulic proportional control system, then starts to research secondly the pump-controled motor system on the basis of the electrohydraulic proportional pressure and discharge test-bed . It creats the mathematical model of the system . After comparing the speed of rotation time - domain curve diagram of the motor with the ideal curve diagram , we gain the result that the dynamic characteristic of this pump-controled motor system is bad and unstable. For this treat of the system ,fuzzy-adjustable-PID control algorithm is brought out to prograve the stability of the system. The algorithm involves the merits of fuzzy control and PID control. It has made a simulation model of the system using Matlab software ,and simulated respectively the dynamic characteristic of the system under the condion of different signal inputs and distinguish loads . moreover compared the uncontrolled and with adding the control ,then got the dynamic response of motor rotate speed outputs .The result proves that adding the fuzzy-adjustable-PID control to the pump-controled motor system has greatly prograved the staticand dynamic characteristic of the system. It has realized to control the motor rotate speed ,and accomplied our expected objective .Throughly , it is an effectual method that this algorithm is adapted to the electrohydraulic proportional pump-controled motor system.
