Standardize Management Research Of Highway Construction Project Supervision Office

With the rapid development of China’s highway construction, building scale, qualitystandards and management requirements are rising. The highway construction supervision ofthe industry is developing to the fully functional, supervision facilities completed andreasonable staffed. Constructing standard supervision office will help standardize theconstruction of highway in the institutionalization, standardization, and scientific aspects ofdevelopment, at the same time, do help to improve the quality of service supervision, improvethe quality of the supervision team. In this paper, started with the establishment ofstandardized work discipline, followed by standardization and process control proposedstaffing standards, and finally combined with the above points on how to do the work toestablish quality supervision system for the evaluation.Firstly, according to the construction specifications, the specifications and projectsupervision of local plans, combined with the characteristics of construction projects,established the standardized work discipline from the quality, schedule, cost, safety andenvironmental protection and construction contract management. Thirdly, penetrated thesupervision work discipline into the whole process of construction of the project and workunder the supervision’s processes and procedures, in accordance with the objectives andrequirements of construction projects, proposed the question of how to effective control theprocess of construction quality, schedule, cost, safety and environmental protection,organization and coordination, information management, contract management, inspectionand defect liability period of hand over. Next, based on the tender commitment of supervision,supervision specifications, combined with the scale and features of the construction andrequirements of different construction stages, to explore how to establish the age-structured,professional support, high-quality supervision team. At the same time, discussed thesupervision office construction from the aspects of site selection and facilities equipment.Finally, overviewed the basis of inspection and assessment methods of the supervision office’swork quality. The study showed that: the implementation of standardized constructionsupervision to do each task are rules and laws is to improve the supervision of enterprisequality of service and supervision of the quality of an effective way.
