Highway Construction Project Environmental Management System Study

The fasted advance of highway has brought out much environment problem. Our highway environment manage is the environment estimate and "the three simultaneity". That is not enough for the need of environment manage. It's very imminence to build a management system.My research is used the way of theory analysis and logic consequence. On base of the management through flow and the management through aim theory to build the environment manage system. I suggest that the government make the macroscopic management and the company take the microcosmic management. I researched the environment design point of the design company and suggested that should make the checkup system. The construction company build the ISO14000 environment system to solve the environment problem. Use the way of "build flow and optimize flow" to design the graph of the highway environment management. At the last of the thesis I perfect the management system through three aspects include law, public and information technique. I have designed the public question table and suggested the law building.This research had comprehensive analysis the environment problem of the highway project. Build the environment management system and designed the flow chart. It's an available grope for the more research.
