What was discussed in this paper is a loading device. Which cooperates with ground subside platform designed for basic studying project of road bridge transition sections and road bed building technology to carry on test. Main part of its is a vibrating device which simulates pulse produced by automobile passing one point of road surface at a high speed. Vibrating device is installed on the frame in front of road roller to make up loading device. This is used in the test highway section to do concentrating on and in succession accelerate life test for studying the mechanism destroyed in road. It's offering the theory and technical support for solving difficultproblem of superhighway in using-"car jumping at the end of a bridge" whichperplex the masses of engineers and technicians.At the same time, the approximate shock vibration is produced, which let us to have a new idea to study a new-type shock vibration road roller. We can make further verification for analysis about the theory through testing that.
