Forpoling Rig is a kind of new-type construction equipment used in the tunnel and underground field from the eighties of the 20th century, which is composed of walk outfit, power equipment, hydraulic system, steady outfit, turning and flexing outfit, mast and rig. It's very important value in construction field and theory. Because of technological superiority and high-efficient performance, Forpoling Rig gets more and more extensive application at tunnel and underground construction field in overseas. Forpoling Rig has already become a new high-tech industry and has made the considerable economic benefits and social benefit. Forpoling Rig has been produced in series in overseas. But there are almost no similar products and researches that can compare with them in our country.Based on relatively detailed analysis of working mechanism of Forpoling Rig overseas, this paper design the structure of the Forpoling Rig and hydraulic system. Through using Power Bond Graph that is an advance modeling tool and State-space matrix analyzing method, this paper established the Power Bond Graph model and mathematic model in State-space method of the researching object. We can get its dynamic characteristic through emulated by the computer. After studying emulation picture, we realize the systematic characteristic clearly. On the basis of theoretical research, the systematic experiment scheme has designed. We can get the systematic dynamic characteristic curve through the experiment. There is difference between experimental result and emulation result, so we need to update its original model. After model updating, dynamical curves got from simulation is in accordance with those got from experiment.The research result above will play an important instructing role in theory to the design and production of the Forpoling Rig. The profound researches of its internal conducting rules provide significant technical foundation for the technique improving and product upgrading.
