The dissertation focuses on systematic studies towards theory and techniquesabout aviation project planning and controlling. Propose a hierarchical network planmodel orienting aviation product project and research the optimization method forthe planning. Give aviation project process model and process driving andmonitoring techniques. The dissertation also discusses the method about schedulecontrol. Besides, I introduce software for aviation project based on this research. Thekey research works covered in the dissertation are as follows.Firstly, analyze planning and controling techniques in project management.State-of-the-art and trends of aviation product management are further discussed.Show in this part the significance of the research, and the outline of the dissertation.Chapter 2 begins with the analysis of aviation project's character abouthierarchical and template. According to the characters of department and task, thisdissertation mark off the arrangement of the project network planning. Then set upthe hierarchical network planning model and give a topology taxis method. Work outthe time parameter of critical path and each task. Finally, show the hierarchicalnetwork planning model about an aeronef assembly project.In chapter 3, set up a mathematical model about resource-constrained projectscheduling problem and give a genetic algorithm. This method takes full advantageof task's topology taxis relations in the network plan and increases arithmeticefficiency.Set up a mathematical model about resource leveling problem. Then,propose a multi- project Resource Leveling method with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Genetic Algorithm (GA).In chapter 4, propose process modeling bases on Time Petri Net. AnalyzedHierarchical monitoring places and task activities were defined in PC/TN model todescribe project process. A process validating arithmetic was put out to validate andanalyze model.The Workflow holding Aviation products driving and monitoring wasput out, and driving mechanism and function configuration of the workflow wereexpounded. On the bases of workflow's applications steps, the paper defined processinstance, and managed process resources, and enacted task state change rules, andconceived process instance driving arithmetic. Chapter 5 analyse the character of aviation project running process. Recognizethe project schedule warp with progress vanguard line. Import Fuzzy DynamicProgram (FDP). Combine dynamic programming method with fuzzy optimizationtheory and solve aviation project schedule problemAchieve prototype design, function design, struct design and database design.The effectiveness of the strategy is illustrated by the example of aviation productand the analysis of the result is seriously finished.Finally, close the dissertation with a summarization of the major researchachievements and ideas about future improvements.
