As the development of the grid and the appearances of many senior application systems in the dispatching control center, the amount of data is becoming larger than ever before. Also, the direction of the data stream is becoming more and more complicated. As a result of the lack of unified design and standard procedure, the irrational data stream direction and complex communicational interface have appeared. Moreover, the objective fact that the discrete data and the model parameters cannot be shared increases the difficulty of the maintenance, but it also promotes the destruction of the data platform for dispatching.Common Information Model, as a standard model for information exchange in power system, can be used to integrate in any field, and through this standard model data exchange between different application systems will be easy. So, a unified data stream layout can be done to strengthen the connection of different systems with the help of CIM.In this paper, proper extension of resource model and the asset model has been completed after many research of IEC61968 and IEC61970.Some important equipment model has been extended to make the model more reasonable and more general and the asset property has been extended mainly according to the asset model in IEC61968 to make sure that the machine account and experimental property can be set up.In this paper, a unified database has been built by mapping the object oriental model to relative database model. After test, it appears that the database is fit for the local environment.
