This paper mainly researches on producing information data integration and supervisory platform design of SIS who is based of PI real-time database. The producing information data integration uses of PI database as plant universal data platform and integrates producing information data completely. Upervisory platform design uses secondary developer's utilities provided by PI to promulgate the graphicses containing producing information and managemen tinformation, including two accessing modes which are C/S mode and B/S mode.Firstly, the paper expounds the idea of SIS and it's research and application conditions. This paper introduces PI database and it's application in SIS. The paper introduces data integration of unit DCS, load directing statement and manual input as examples. The paper then explains modes and means of realizing producing information data integration on PI database platform, using PI-SemAPI interface, serial port communication, C++ program design and so on. The paper also introduces the utilities of PI-ProcessBook and PI-ActiveView. The paper studies the application of ActiveX control, VBA programming, ASP page design, IIS web site building in the field of supervisory platform design.Finally, the author makes a summarization. And this paper puts forward some important idea about improving design.
