In the past few decades, technological advances of regional power network dispatching automatic system have come thick and fast. The system including Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition, Energy Management System and Dispatcher Training Simulator start from the scratch and has progressed from simpler to more complex stages and from that based on common computers to that based on RISK/UNIX. Along with the widely application of unattended substations in regional power network, newer and deeper technology is required on regional power network dispatching automatic system.What the regional power network dispatching automatic system need is analyzed in the article. According to the construction of SCADA/EMS/DTS found on the same composition used in Shaoxing Electric Power Bureau, it is investigated and compared about several methods to meet the challenge. Hierarchical control SCADA mode and web based DTS mode are proposed to for large-scale regional power network. A three-level model is put forward to realize reactive power optimization. |
