Three-dimensional limit equilibrium analysis of slope stability is developing. Compared with two-dimensional method, this method can reflect the condition of the slope more closer to the fact. And few researches of searching the potential sliding surface at the point of three-dimension have been done. So, it is very significant and valuable for us to develop this method. In this paper, the author analyzes some problems as follow:First, the author develops Gaodebin and Wangyanxia's model of three-dimensional slope by replacing the slices method of analysis with definite integral. In the integral method, the slope needn't to be divided into many slices in order to calculate, thus, the classification calculation of the slice volume in Wangyanxia's model can be avoided, and also ,by this means , the calculation quantity can be decreased , the calculation precision can be improved. At the same time, the author also assumes the opposite direction of the bottom sliding surface dip as the direction of the shear stress on it ,so as to make the vague direction specified.Second, on the basis of Denghongke and Zhaojianli's model of searching the potential sliding surface in two-dimensional slope, the author introduced a new quickly search method in three-dimensional slope. This method by which we can get the ideal result which is more closer to the fact through controlling four variates and four-times circulating is done absolutely at the point of three- dimension. This method that few do now also can provides some inspirations to the future research.Third, to above-mentioned improvements, a program is designed and some examples are computed by this program. It is indicated that these results are credible by comparing these results with the measure result of the slope on the spot. We can get the most risk potential sliding surface at the point of three-dimension through the model in this paper, which verifies Panjiazheng's minimum theory that slope always slide on the surface with minimal stable factor.
