In the 21st century, construction machinery will come into mechatronics age, and make progress in intelligence, integration and network.Advanced monitor may be base and platform of mechatronics technique. Because of the historical cause,the existing monitor haven't strong function ,high reliability and bus communication,can not meet the need of mechatronics technique.As absorbing the excellent production of construction machinery monitor, this thesis apply the embedded syetem in the monitor and design a new monitor which has strong function, high reliability and CANbus communication.Embedded system is a prevalent application of computer after PC era, abroad applied in control field, info appliance, industry, agriculture, business and service, become a major field of modern electronic design. The design method of embedded syetem come from the early direct design into design on Embedded platform.The μC/OS-Ⅱ kernel was built by Professor Jean J. Labrosse,because of it's Real-time,high efficiency of code and open code,it became the hotpot of Embedded operating syetem.After deeply analyze the manage mechanism of multi_task in μC/OS-Ⅱ,I transplant it into PIC18F458,then write four common API,of which composed a single developing platform of Embedded system.The platform is the base of advanced monitor,and this is a great progress in singlechip design .According to the main function of monitor,I build the hardware system with embedded CPU—PIC18F458,along with EEPROM,LCD, serial communication and CAN communication,which is the representative of new monitor.I also use Isolated DC/DC, decoupling circuit, photoelectricity isolation and shielding to improve the reliability of the monitor.This thesis develop the internet applications based on the hardware and μC/OS-Ⅱ or its API, including analog signals sampling, LCD display, EEPROM data record, serial communication and CAN communication. The special advanced part of the software is CAN communication network layout and the establishment of protocol.The serialcommunication software based on VB in PC is used to display the real-time data and the data from EEPROM.The wave analysis and digital filter software based on LABVIEW are used to analyze real-time data while it is necessary.The major aim of this thesis is designing a high reliable monitor, so I take lots of measures both to software and hardware to guarantee the reliability of it.The test on SWE50 excavator in SUNWARD Ltd. show that the hardware is rational,it can work reliably under engineering surrounding;The software is correct,all the function accord with design request ,and can communicate through CANbus.It is summarized that building a platform of embedded system can reduce the difficulty of programming,shorting the duration of developing,improve the reliability of software.lt is a revolution of singlechip design,has deep academic meaning.The success in embedded monitor point out the direction of advanced monitor,establish the base of mechatronics in construction machinery.lt has abundant meaning in practice.
