With the tendency of higher speed, lighter weight, higher precision, higher efficiency and more intelligent for mechanism, there are more requirements for the research of the mechanical dynamics. Computer provides an effective approach for analysis of the mechanical dynamics and system simulations technology has also been applied widely in this field.The dynamical balancing problem of machinery is one of the important mechanical dynamics topics. Generally, this kind of problem is solved by the analytical method. However, this method can be only available to the problem with the simple structure and regular components. And this method also requests that optimization variables and the optimized goals have the explicit analytic equations. But simulation approach can more conveniently solve the problem of the dynamical balancing which contains the irregular and complex components. And in this kind of problem, the explicit analytic equations can not be easily obtained between the optimized goals and variable.According to the prototype of present dynamical balancing experiment equipment, the mechanism dynamical system is modeled and simulated in 3D modeling and multi-body dynamics software. By the method of the computer simulation, this paper designs the convenient and practical machinery dynamical balancing optimization simulation flows. It realizes the research of machinery dynamical balancing based on the computer simulation, and achieves the satisfactory effect. At the same time, because of the elasticity of actual component and the measure of the vibration in the working model, the paper introduces the flexible components and accomplishes dynamical balancing with the flexible components. The method used in this paper can forecast the tendency of simulation and obtain a more precise simulation results. This method provides one effective solution for the dynamical balancing including the complex components and provides the instruction function for the later period experiment design.The present research of the dynamical balancing did not consider the influence of the rotational speed and the outside load. So the paper does the research and the analysis separately to these two kinds of situations and obtains practical conclusion. Finally, thepaper realizes the united simulation between the mechanical system model and the control system model. It manifests the merit of the united simulation and lays the foundation for the more complex united simulation of the mechanical, electrical and fluid engineering.
