In the current enterprises the Standard Time of the procedure is calculated manually, and influenced by man-made factors, enterprise information integration and sharing of resources is achieved difficultly. After the main factors affecting the calculated Standard Time and the process characteristics of the Standard Time are analysed, a series of the key technologies, such as * the process standardized technology, the technology of calculating Standard Time and the rationality certification technology of the Standard Time,are studied, a system calculating Standard Time on the basis of the Web Service is discussed. The calculating Standard Time technology on the basis of standardized process is put forward. Main points of this paper include:1. In view of the process characteristics of the Standard Time, the process standardized technology systems, especially the procedure standardized technology is studied, and the technology of coding the procedure which is applicable to the computer identification is researched, too.2. On the basis of the standardized processes, the technology of setting Standard Time criterion of the typical procedure is researched. Subsequently,the technology of calculating Standard Time based on the standardized process and the rationality certification technology of the Standard Time is researched .3. Because of Multisectoral collaboration on the development process of the Standard Time calculated, The collaborative architecture based on the Web Service is discussed. The information models, functional structure, modular design, workflow and methods exchanging data are studied.4. The system of the Standard Time calculated coUaboratively on the basis of standardized process is empoldered, which meets to the enterprise demand,and realizes the aim of the Standard Time calculated standard.
