| Based on collecting and sorting out foreign and domestic theoretical data related to residential industrialization, this study analyzes the concept and connotation of industrial standardization, makes a full research of the result of interior landscape standardization formulated by benchmarking enterprise by combining with project field measurement and site survey. Taking Zhong An Real Estate Group as the example, this study elaborates landscape design, landscape component and standardization mode of construction management, makes a lateral comparison and analysis of landscape standardization mode of Zhong An Real Estate Group and standardization mode of benchmarking enterprise and offers some preliminary personal judge for existing problems and future development of landscape standardization.Starting from the reality of Zhong An Real Estate Group, it makes an analysis and comparison of the pattern adopted in the industry and combines the general background of residential industrialization according to industrial production standardization and intensification concept to propose rational and operational implementation scheme for landscape standardization, keeping both its original artistry as well as modernized great production to meet the developmental demand of real estate industry. This study is carried out to explore a landscape standardization development pattern suitable for residential industrialization development and puts forward to use actual operation method of standardization in individualized design process to realize effective control of cost and product quality and strengthen the real estate's ability to gain benefits. At the same time, it is also conducive to promoting the residential industrialization development and advancing the construction of an energy efficient society. |
