As the key part of the aero-engine, the blisk is usually processed with the numerical control system of many axes due to its high machining accuracy and difficult processing technics. So it's greatly significant to develop 5-axis NC machining algorithm study to the blisk. Firstly, after analyzing the blisk's model structure and machining passway characteristic, combining the research of planning the algorithm about cutter contact points in the past, the paper proposes a programming algorithm suitable for the blisk of cutter contact points with constant error by the ball cutter and illustrates in detail four steps which include determining the boundary parameters, plotting the parameters of cutting lines, determining the step-length and setting off the gridding of the surface. Secondly, on the basis of the analyses of the interference instances in processing the free surfaces with NC machining and the existing detection methods, it adopts a point-projection method with the discrete surface and combining the characteristic of the passway, sets up a plane related to passway by way of cutter axes-direction controlling, which simplifies data store and cutter contact point's axes vector range confirmation. Lastly, the implementation of the algorithm in UG CAD is given.
