Preparation And Properties Of Conductive Polymer Pedt

In this paper, a new generation polymer of guide-3,4-poly ethylene dioxythio phene (PEDT) was introduced. Preparation processing of PEDT films was studied. Most of principle was recommended. The influence of different process factors on PEDT films properties had been discussed, observing the surface situation ,and studying the relationship between conductivity,surface situation and mensuration of degree of polymerization . Mainly work include:1)The PEDT film in conductive glass has been obtained by chemical method,the influence of the different process factors on the conductance and thermal stability of the PEDT has been studied.The different process includes polymerization temperature,content of accelerant,content of solvent,drying temperature and so on. 2) analyzing PEDT film's surface situation ,material and appliance's property ,and relationship between them , using SEM and AFM.3)We do the test named TG and DTA,in order to studying PEDT's thermal stability .4)To give the degree of polymerization and molecular weight of PEDT mensuration.
