High quality concrete requests each element must be uniformly distributed on macro and micro point. But ordinary forced action mixer has two problems which are inefficient zone and agglomeration of cement. These peoblems seriously affect the mixing quality and efficiency, and cann't be solved by traditional mixing methods. So some auxiliary means should be used to eliminate these disadvantages. According to the new mixing concept, this paper put forward three mechenical motheds to strengthen the mixing process. They are vibratory mixing,double-row blades mixing and integrated application mixing.On basis of analyzing the structural, movemental and technologic parameters of double-horizontal shafts mixer, the range of each parameter was recommended and corresponding pototype was designed. By theoretical analysis and experiment research, the influence of working-mechanism's parameters on mixing quelity was studied, the matching relationship of parameters was put forwarded, and finally comparison of each prototype with the ordinary forced action mixer was made.The experimental results show that in a shorter mixing time, three methods all can improve the strength and uniformity of concrete, eliminate the inefficient zone and agglomeration of cement. Then the mixing quality and efficiency were improved, and energy-consuming of per unit decreased. The experimental results also display that double-row blades is fit for industrial application and the upgrade the old mixing devices with lower cost. |
